A violation of a Pretreatment Standard or Requirement is defined in 40 CFR 403.3(l) (daily maximum, long-
term average, instantaneous limit, or narrative Standard) that the POTW determines has caused, alone or in combination with other Discharges, Interference or Pass Through (including endangering the health of POTW
personnel or the general public).
The industries listed here were in significant noncompliance with the discharge limitations established under the Federal Pretreatment Regulations and/or Dalton Utilities' Sewer Use Rules and Regulations and apply to the discharges from the listed industries to the Publicly Owned Treatment Works (POTW). The non-compliant discharges did not result in any discharge violations of the POTW's permit.

4A Precinct Location Change
The 4A precinct voters have been voting in the Whitfield County School Office located at 1306 S. Thornton Ave, Dalton, GA. For the November 5th, 2024 General Election, and ALL future elections including Municipal Elections until further notice, the voting location for this precinct has been changed to the First Christian Church located at 1506 Dug Gap Rd, Dalton, GA, 30720. This change will affect voters within the following precinct combinations - 4A-079 and 4A-082. All voters affected by this change will be mailed new voter Precinct Cards. Signs will be placed at the new and prior location to direct voters.

NOTICE TO: To Whom It May Concern: BRUCE HURLBUT has petitioned to be appointed Administrator of the estate of MEREDITH REAGAN HURLBUT, deceased, of said County.
