NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that on October 13, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. in the
Whitfield County Courthouse in Dalton, Georgia, the presiding Judge of the Superior Court of Whitfield County will hear the case of the STATE OF GEORGIA v. DALTON-WHITFIELD COUNTY JOINT DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY and CAMERON BRICKYARD ID, LLC, Civil Action File No. 25-CI-1443-M, the same being a proceeding to confirm and validate the Dalton-Whitfield County Joint Development Authority Taxable Revenue Bonds (Cameron Brickyard ID, LLC Project), Series 2025, in the maximum aggregate principal amount of $25,000,000 (the "Bonds"), proposed to be issued by the Dalton-Whitfield County Joint Development Authority (the "Issuer") in order to promote and expand for the public good and welfare, commerce and industry within Whitfield County, Georgia (the "County") and the City of Dalton, Georgia, for the purpose of acquiring land in the County, and acquiring, constructing and installing improvements and related building fixtures and equipment (the "Project"). The Project is to be leased by the Issuer to Cameron Brickyard ID, LLC (the "Company") for use as the Company's manufacturing facility and an economic development project under Section 36622(6)(N) of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, all in accordance with the terms of a resolution (the "Bond Resolution") adopted by the Issuer, and the Exhibits thereto. In such proceeding, the Court will also (a) hear and determine the validity of instruments relating to and providing security for the Bonds including the Bond Resolution, an Indenture of Trust, a Lease Agreement, a Bond Purchase Agreement, a Guaranty Agreement, a Deed to Secure Debt, Assignment of Rents and Leases and Security Agreement, a Home Office Payment Agreement and an Memorandum of Understanding, as described in the Petition and Complaint; and (b) hear and determine such other questions of law and fact pertaining to the right of the Issuer to issue the Bonds and to provide the security therefor. The Bonds shall be a special and limited obligation of the Issuer, payable from funds provided by the Company and shall not be payable
from taxes or other public funds and NO PERFORMANCE AUDIT OR PERFORMANCE REVIEW (AS SUCH TERMS ARE DESCRIBED IN SECTION 3682100 OF THE OFFICIAL CODE OF GEORGIA ANNOTATED) WILL BE CONDUCTED WITH RESPECT TO THE EXPENDITURE OF BOND PROCEEDS.
Any citizen of the State of Georgia residing in Whitfield County, or any other person wherever residing who has a right to object, may intervene and become a party to these proceedings.

NOTICE TO: To Whom It May Concern: BOBBY TOWNSEND has petitioned to be appointed Administrator of the estate of BILLY GORDON TOWNSEND, deceased, of said County. The petitioner has also applied for waiver of bond and/or grant of certain powers contained in O.C.G.A. 53-12-261. All interested parties are hereby notified to show cause why said petition should not be granted. All objections to the petition must be in writing, setting forth the grounds of any such objections, and must be filed with the court on or before MARCH 11, 2019. All pleadings/objections must be signed under oath before a notary public or before a probate court clerk, and filing fees must be tendered with your pleadings/objections, unless you qualify to file as an indigent party.
