NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE
OF RIGHT TO REDEEM
STATE OF GEORGIA
COUNTY OF WHITFIELD
Take notice that the right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
A certain tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot No. 274 of the 12th District and 3rd Section of Whitfield County. Georgia, known as Lot No. 562, Brookwood Subdivision Addition, Plat 5, as per plat recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 11, Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Whitfield County, Georgia, and being more particularly described as:
Beginning at a point on the South side of Dana Drive, which point is located 330 feet East of Elaine Way; thence running North 73 degrees 52 minutes East 110 feet along the South side of Dana Drive; thence running South 16 degrees 30 minutes East 198.5 feet; thence running South 79 degrees 26 minutes West 110.6 feet; thence running North 16 degrees 30 minutes West 187.8 feet to the Point of Beginning; and including one water heater.
Property known as 1305 Dana Drive, Dalton, Georgia 30720. Map Parcel # 12-259-01-271 will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after November 17, 2025.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated October 1, 2024, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Whitfield County Superior Court, Georgia, in Deed Book 7077 at Page 817.
The property may be redeemed at any time before November 17, 2025, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: Charles Whittle, 1817 Saint Ives Place, Dalton, GA 30720
