NOTICE OF EXCHANGE OF PROPERTY
You are hereby notified, in accordance with O.C.G.A. Section 36-37-6(c), that the following property is currently owned by the Whitfield County Sheriff's Office 805 Professional Blvd. Dalton, Georgia 30720 and will be traded to the business of GT Distributors 100 McFarland Ave. Rossville, GA. 30741 in exchange of a store credit in the amount of $1,450.00 (Quote # QTE0033219).
Personal Property Guns - 1-Ruger LCP, 1-Roughneck pistol, 1-Rohm GMBH handgun, 1-Ambery J.G. M/71 rifle, 1-Smith & Wesson pistol, 1-Springfield .22 long rifle, 1-Ruger LCP .380, 1-Moinco Sporter, 1-shotgun serial # C1070232, 1-Glock lower, 1-Springfield 944 Series A, 1-Bryco Arms Jennings Nine, 1-HK VP9 handgun, 1-Hi-Point C9 pistol, 1-Smith & Wesson revolver, 1-Glock 19 Gen 5.
The above referenced exchange of property between the Whitfield County Sheriffs Office and GT Distributors will take place no earlier than 30 days from the first posting of this notice in the official organ of Whitfield County, Georgia. The above described store credit will be used by the Whitfield County Sheriff's Office to obtain real property that will be used in day to day operations by its personnel. Proper authority of the Whitfield County Sheriff's Office has agreed to the above-appraised value of the abovedescribed items.
